Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Free delivery is available on all UK orders and usually takes 1-3 working days. In the event that your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support team who will provide a delivery update or send a replacement.
For EU orders, please ensure that your item is EU compatible and has an EU plug before ordering. Delivery is free on all orders to EU mainland. Please contact us if you reside on an island or have a remote delivery address prior to placing your order. Orders for products with different plug types to their delivery address will be cancelled and refunded unless we have been contacted first. 

Returns are accepted in the event that an item has arrived damaged or not in perfect condition. If you wish to return your product, please -repackage the product in the same manner it arrived and send it back to our returns address. Our returns address will be sent to you by our support team. Please note we are unable to accept returns for used products. 

Replacement parts
Dog chewed your remote? Lost a screw whilst assembling a product? No worries, we have got you covered. We know that accidents sometimes happen and so at Climatik, small replacement parts are free of charge. Simply get in touch with our UK based support team who will happily assist in sending out replacements. Remember to include your order number and delivery address.

All refunds are processed within 2 working days and must be made back to the original payment method. Depending on your payment method and processor, refunds may take up to 7 working days to reach you, however most refunds will clear instantly. We do not charge any admin fees for refunds.
